- Security: Accent has been put on personal security: the hall and garage are permanently lit. Each apartment is equipped with an armored door that offers protection against any intrusion. Video cameras, automatic garage opener, as well as a caretaker will guarantee the privacy and the security of each apartment.
- Lay-out: These spacious and functional transversal apartments (85 - 250m²), including from 1 to 3 bedrooms, are laid out in a practical way: bathrooms with bath and shower, dressing room & fully fitted kitchens. For your comfort, all bedrooms are located at the back side of the building without buildings directly opposite and living rooms are facing the fantastic avenue Louise.
